MEMBER BENEFITS

The Membership benefits listed in this section is to be honored by outlets in Grand Hyatt Doha as specified for Grand Privilege members during the Membership Term.

CARD BENEFITS

1. Dining and Soft Beverage Benefit . Non-transferable. Members shall receive a twenty five percent (25%) discount off their food and soft beverages bill, any time (including breakfast, lunch, dinner), for up to a maximum group size of eight (8) diners ♦ Valid at all participating outlets except Isaan, Room Service and Monkey Tale ♦ Not valid during the Friday Brunch

a. Isaan: Members shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount at Isaan, for up to a maximum group size of eight (8) diners ♦ Not valid during the Friday Brunch ♦ Not valid on Alcohol

b. SMBC Friday Brunch: Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on SMBC Friday Brunch, for up to a maximum group size of eight (8) diners

Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Membership App must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ♦ All food must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons". It is mandatory for the bill to be settled in the outlet, and may not be applied retroactively at the front desk or upon check-out.

The Dining discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, conferences, banquet functions, meetings, exhibitions, or any events held in function rooms (b) through room service, take away orders tobacco purchases and mini-bar charges; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Grand Privilege program; (c) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board accommodation package rates and (e) black-out dates

2. Alcoholic Beverage Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic beverages, up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) diners.

Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Mobile app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the program; (c) black-out dates and (d) Happy Hours

3. Guest Room Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a twenty (20%) off the best available rate of the day

Conditions : Valid for single or double occupancy ¨ Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation ¨ Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates ¨ Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid Grand Privilege membership App is presented upon check-in

4. Recreational Facilities Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) off the day entry to enjoy hotel’s recreational facilities.

Conditions: Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation ¨ Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates ¨ Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid Grand Privilege membership App is presented

5. Spa Treatment Benefit . Non-transferable. Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) off any Spa Treatments including massages, valid from Saturday to Wednesday.

6. CLUBHOTEL Benefit. 7. eCERTIFICATE BENEFITS. Non-transferable. Mobile App includes set of Grand Privilege eCertificates, containing the following eCertificates for use at Grand Hyatt Doha, with terms & conditions as mentioned on each eCertificate:

a. 1 x QAR 200 F&B Cash eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a credit to the value of two hundred Riyals (QAR 200), for full or part payment off food and beverage. Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill after cash certificate has been redeemed.

b. 1 x QAR 200 F&B or Room Cash eCertificate One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a credit to the value of two hundred Riyals (QAR 200), for full or part payment off food and beverage or towards room accommodation. Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill after cash certificate has been redeemed.

c. 1 x SMBC Complimentary Breakfast eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a complimentary breakfast for two (2) people, valid at Santa Monica Breakfast Club. Standard dining benefits apply on the balance of the bill for any additional items ordered.

d. 1 x Complimentary Birthday eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a complimentary two-pound (2 lb)/one kilogram (1 kg) birthday cake when two (2) or more people are dining. Subject to a minimum two (2) days advance reservation, quoting a valid membership number.

e. 2 x 50% off SMBC Brunch eCertificate. Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a 50% discount off the SMBC Brunch, valid for a maximum of four (4) diners.

f. 2 x 50% off Isaan Brunch eCertificate. Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a 50% discount off the Isaan Brunch, valid for a maximum of four (4) diners.

g. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Isaan Friday Brunch eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy the second (2nd) Friday brunch complimentary, when paying for the first (1st) Friday brunch at Isaan. Subject to one (1) week advance reservation directly with the hotel. Subject to availability at the time of booking, due to limited seating and brunch not being available throughout the year. Applicable on brunch inclusive of soft beverages only.

h. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ SMBC Friday Brunch eCertificate. . One (1) eCertificate to enjoy the second (2nd) Friday brunch complimentary, when paying for the first (1st) Friday brunch at Santa Monica Breakfast Club. Subject to one (1) week advance reservation directly with the hotel. Subject to availability at the time of booking, due to limited seating and brunch not being available throughout the year. Applicable on brunch inclusive of soft beverages only.

i. 1 x SMBC 50% off Food & Soft Beverage eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a 50% discount off food and soft beverages at SMBC, valid for a maximum of four (4) diners. Valid for use from Saturday through until Wednesday only.

j. 2 x Biscotti 50% off Display Counter eCertificate. Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a 50% discount off a maximum of three (3) items from the counter, valid at Biscotti. Standard dining benefits apply on the balance of the bill for any additional items ordered.

k. 2 x Complimentary Room Upgrade eCertificate . Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the next available category. Valid for a maximum of three (3) nights, only . Only one eCertificate will be accepted per stay.

l. 2 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Room Night eCertificate . Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy the second (2^nd) night complimentary, when paying for the first (1^st) night at the best available rate of the day. Only one eCertificate will be accepted per stay.

m. 2 x ‘3 for 2’ Room Night eCertificate. Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy the 3^rd night complimentary, when paying for the 1^st two nights at the best available rate of the day. Only one eCertificate will be accepted per stay.

n. 2 x 50% off Day Pass eCertificate . Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a 50% discount off the day pass to the hotel’s beach and outdoor swimming pools from Saturday to Wednesday, for two (2) people. Valid from Saturday to Wednesday.

o. 1 x Health Club Membership Certificate . One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a thirty-five percent (35%) discount on the annual health club membership fee.

p. 2 x 35% off Spa Treatment eCertificate. Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy a 35% discount off any spa treatment, from Saturday to Wednesday. Treatment time should be a minimum of one (1) hour to avail discount.

8. Referral Card Incentive: Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, member shall receive the following, for any such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) eCertificate to enjoy a 50% discount off the SMBC Brunch, valid for a maximum of two (2) diners, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha. A maximum of one (1) certificate per member per year.

9. Renewal Benefit: Upon renewal of membership, member shall receive:

a. 1 x Complimentary Saturday Ba Mee Night eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a complimentary Saturday Ba Mee Night for two (2) people while dining at Isaan, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha.

b. Complimentary Spouse Membership: One (1) complimentary spouse membership card. Spouse members receive the same member benefits as members but excluding any and all eCertificates i.e. valid only for member benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, spouse members must have the same family name as the member

10. Spouse Membership: New members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse members receive the same member benefits as members but excluding any and all eCertificates i.e. valid only for member benefits associated directly with the membership card.
